We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our firm and play a key role in managing a diverse caseload from start to finish.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence cases. You will manage your own docket, maintain direct client communication, and work alongside a strong support team of paralegals, assistants, and intake staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active cases
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (required)
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
