Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential new clients. This role is critical to ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and guided as they begin their legal journey with our firm. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of communication for potential new clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather case details and determine eligibility.
  • Accurately enter and update client information in case management software (NEOS/Lawmatics experience a plus).
  • Schedule consultations and ensure seamless follow-up with attorneys and staff.
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and the intake team to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Track and report on intake metrics to ensure department goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Previous intake, call center, sales or customer service experience required (law firm/personal injury experience preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use case management and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism under pressure.
