Why Craig represents injured people
I spent a lot of time in financial law, litigating securities and commodities fraud cases, primarily representing large financial institutions and public entities. While that work provided valuable experience, I wanted to focus my career on helping individuals whose lives are directly affected by the outcome of their cases. Personal injury law allows me to help real, everyday people who are deeply invested in the quality of my work and the results I can achieve.
How Craig handles insurance companies
My philosophy is that straight talk and cooperation work best until it becomes clear that we need a highly adversarial posture. The insurance company is writing the check, so even though I am trying to extract every last dollar I can from them, I need them to want to write that check. I may ask for an outrageous number, but I’m doing it in a collegial manner so they can be happy paying my clients.
